Ginger Snaps
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
Cream the margarine, add egg, sugar and mix. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine with wet ingredients.
Form into balls and roll them in white sugar. Flatten with a fork.
Bake about 12 minutes at 350°F. Makes 2 dozen.
