1/2 lb ground pork 1/2 onion finely chopped 5 dried shrimp or 8 raw shrimp chopped Soy sauce Oil Salt 2 cups flour Method: Fry filling first. Mix flour with enough water to make a stiff dough. Pour over 1 cup of water for each cup of flour used (I used 1 1/4 cup for each cup). Mix with hands. Strain. Grease pan lightly, pour in a layer of "milk" and sprinkle filling. Cover and steam 2 minutes. Remove pan and cool in a sink of ice water. Roll and enjoy ... This makes about 8-10 rolls depending on the size of your pans. |
