Pork Chops with Onions and Tomatoes
Season chops with seasoned salt and paprika.
Braise in a little oil.
Slice a medium onion and 1 or 2 tomatoes.
Place in a casserole dish and season with
salt and pepper.
Place chops on top, cover and cook until tender.
Remove chops, onion and tomatoes.
Stir 1 tbsp BISTO mixed with 1/2 cup
broth into juice and adjust until gravy is smooth.
Pour over meat and vegetables and serve.
